Super Porridge Protein Balls


You're going to love these superfood-infused protein balls inspired by Kroma's superstar recipe creator, Lexi Odenweller.  This delicious recipe combines our Super Porridge and Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein, which is non-isolate, lectin-free, easy to digest, and loaded with 9/9 essential amino acids. This healthy treat makes the perfect protein snack pre- or post-workout, or at any time of day.


1 ½ C Kroma Super Porridge

1/2 C Kroma Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein

1/2 C Smooth almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)

1 T Chia seeds (do not skip)

2-4 T nut milk of choice (or water)

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, raisins, nuts or seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the mixture looks wet and crumbly.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.


Storage: Place in an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to a week. 

Stays fresh in the freezer for up to 2 months.
