
Making a smoothie is one of the easiest ways to prepare a meal that’s tasty and packed with nutrients. This smoothie combines blueberries, spinach, and our Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein Smoothie to make a meal that’s bursting with vitamin C, iron, and, you guessed it, protein. The ingredients can be prepped beforehand, so all you have to do is blend and go!
INGREDIENTS
⅓ C Kroma Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein Smoothie
12-16 oz Nut milk or coconut water
1 C Fresh spinach
½ C Frozen blueberries
1 Handful of ice
1 tsp Hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Add Kroma Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein Smoothie, nut milk or coconut water, spinach, and blueberries to your blender. Blend for 2 minutes
- Add ice and blend for 1 minute
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds
